I Was Wrong.
Yes, Its true, I was wrong. Creating this website which has great potential (in my mind) took many hours of work. That work I figured would be well worth it when it came to adsense. Now for those of you who do not know... AdSense is a Google run program which places ads on your website. When these ads get clicked, you, the publisher, make a small (now I mean a couple cents to twenty five cents) per click. I told my family, and friends about my new website...and also about my new lunch money making program Adsense . I was excited, my ad clicking skyrocketed! However, my account plummeted.
I received an email that way to many Adsense users get in their mailbox when ads are clicked inappropriately. This email stated that my account has been disabled due to fraudulent clicks on the outside. BOO.
I was pissed, although not the yelling swearing sort of pissed, more like the "dammit why did I tell all those family members and friends to click my ads to get me thrown out of Adsense the only possible way for my website to pay for itself and make me a multi-millionaire which will get to the top burning NESN along the way and sending New England Sports into something truly extraordinary someday kinda pissed.
Now, think about it...no AdSense money equals no income from the website. No income from the website means no profit. No profit means that every month when I reach into my deep (not deep cause they have so much money in them so they have to be deep, but deep because they are so dark and empty) pockets I have to chalk up the cash to pay for something that I put hours or work into, and money into, for nothing except my own sense of accomplishment? What the heck is that!!! Nobody feel THAT great from your sense of accomplishment! I mean c'mon, when that great wall of China was built, they weren't all like "Yay, look at our wall, we are so amazing!" Instead it was more like "Yay, look at our wall you filthy Mongols! Now you can't come rape and pillage our towns and villages!"
So in short. I was guilty. I told people to come to my site, and click on ads. I appealed the case to Google, and hopefully those lovable men and women over there reading my appeal will take pity upon my soul, and get the ads back up and running again.
